Can you deliver same-day social clips during the event?
Yes. Same-day social cuts (30-60 second vertical clips delivered while the event is still happening) are our most-requested add-on. They run $500-$1,500 depending on volume and consistently outperform polished hero recaps for engagement.
What's included in a typical event coverage package?
Up to 6 hours of coverage, a cinematic 60-90 second recap film, and color-graded master files are typical for the base package. Combined photo + video packages start at $3,000. Same-day social cuts and additional coverage hours are available as add-ons — scoped per project.

Do you cover events outside of Seattle?
Yes. We regularly travel for corporate events across the Pacific Northwest, California, and nationwide. Travel and per diem costs are quoted upfront with the project — no surprise line items on the invoice.
Can you coordinate with our event venue or production team?
Yes. We routinely work alongside venue AV teams, event producers, and external speakers. Send us the run-of-show, AV contact, and floor plan in advance and we integrate smoothly with the on-site flow.
